We bid farewell to Darrell Valdez of Price, Utah, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 16, 2025 at the age of 76. Darrell touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Valdez and Lupe Valdez (Cruz); his brothers, Jesse and Ernie; and his brothers-in-law, Dan Turner and Ben Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Turner; his children, Dj Valdez (Bonni), Patricia Valdez, Misty Valdez and Cody Valdez (Alexis); his grandchildren, Bryelle, Max, Kysin, Juna, Addison and Kelsi; his siblings, Lora Meraz (Fil), Ronald Valdez (Tammy), Denise Snyder (George) and Stevan Valdez (Robin); and his in-laws, Tim Turner (Linda), Debbie Turner, Susan Turner and Leah Lister (Tony). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church East Carbon (201 Center St, East Carbon, UT 84520). A vigil service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
