She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Blackburn and Annie Jorgensen Blackburn; her daughter Kathy Mabbutt; her stepdaughter Lee Kartchner; and her siblings, Pearl, Gloria, Clifton, Rulon, Floyd, LaVon and Elden Blackburn.
She is survived by: her former husbands, Mervin Cook and Darwin Mabbutt; her significant other LaMont Kartchner; her sons, Ray Cook (LaRae) and Randy Mabbutt (Bobbi); and her stepdaughters, LaLani Haymes (Sam) and Pat Nessen (Nyal).
