He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Edwards Johnson and Armond Johnson; his brothers, Bruce and Edward Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Wilson and Fred Allred.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Johnson; his children, Jeff Guymon (Joyce) of Huntington, Angela Pulli (Paul) of Huntington, Heather Nielson (Jeff) of Spring Glen, Brett Guymon (Kristy) of Clawson, Amy Larson (Corbyn) of Bluffdale, Montell Guymon (Kristen) of Peterson, Tom Guymon (Nancy) of Huntington and Leedan Johnson (Melanie) of Lindon, Utah; his sisters, DeCarma Allred of Huntington and Claudia Wilson of Orem; and his sister-in-law Sue Johnson of Huntington. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren.
