He is survived by: his mother Frances Blackham Cunningham; his wife Vicki; his children, Greg (Karen), Jeremy (Brittany) and Amy (Marc); his stepchildren, Mike and Holly (Raymond); and his siblings, Darrell (Ilene), David (Lanore), Richard (Tracy), John (Laurie), James and Marilyn (Cliff). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
