It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Corky Brinkley of Price, Utah, who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brinkley and Lois Brinkley; his wife Marion Brinkley; his former wife Marilyn Brinkley; and his brothers, John Brinkley and Jimmy Brinkley.
He is survived by: his former wife Marilyn Wayman; his children, Johnnie Brinkley (Alison), Christina Payton (Kirk), Laura McKnight (David) and Charley Brinkley; his significant other Marion Flores; his partner's daughter Sara Dawn Brinkley; his grandchildren, Michael McKnight, Zaira Bollig, Wyatt, Delaney Brinkley, Kenny, Mikilah Brinkley, Salem Payton, Legend and Kingston Brinkley; his great grandchildren, MariAnna Martinez and Zena Shriver; his grandchildren, Jaden, Emma, Jacob Hernandez, Klohe and Tommy Shriver; his close friend Tiny; and also Jimmy Brinkley (Sheena).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (233 E Main St, Price, UT 84501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the East Carbon City Cemetery East Carbon.
