She is survived by: her friend Cori; her former husband John Elkins; her significant other Glade Crosgrove; her daughter-in-law Lauren; her siblings, Karen Evans of Price, UT, Suzanne Mitchly and Ladd Kubes; her sons, Johnny Elkins (Brenda), Robert Elkins (Lauren) of Price, UT and Jimmy Elkins (Karen) of South Jordan, UT; and her grandchildren, Ashley Metz, Kolten, Bryce Cutler, Lil Rob, James, John Elkins, Tytus and Pyper Reaveley. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
