It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claudette Hayward of Price, Utah, born in Hiawatha, Utah, who passed away on October 22, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Averett and Francis Davis Jensen; her husband Ward Dee Hayward; her daughters, Lori Adams and Nikki Hayward; her stepmothers, Ruby Averett and Carol Jensen; and her parents-in-law, Lew and Angeline Hayward.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Hayward (Dinah) of Castle Dale, Nathan Hayward of Price, Carleen Hoschouer (David) of Wellington and Melissa Haddick (Aaron) of Billings Montana. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren 36 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
