He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Carol Allen and Jeanice Colby; his aunts, Elane and Jill Allen; his stepfather Joe Perez; and his cousin James Don Crane.
He is survived by: his mother JoDawn Colby Allen; his wife Trista Odriscoll Allen; his father Bill Allen (Kerry); his siblings, Chad Allen (Ivy), Cody Allen (Lexi), Brittany Hefner, Zac Hefner and Aarow Bell (Jake); and his grandfathers, William E. Allen (Dee) and Walter Don Colby. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
