She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert L. Dart and Elvina Dart; her husbands, Ramsay Macdonald and Funnon Shimmin; her sister Mary Sipes; her daughter Mary Margaret; and her grandson Andrew Paul Macdonald.
She is survived by: her children, Ian Macdonald (Jennifer), Pam Henderson (Dean) and Mark Macdonald (Denise); her brother Bert Dart (Dorothy); and her siblings-in-law, Bill Sipes (Sally), Ian Macdonald and Marge Macdonald (Don). She is also survived by step-children; many nephews, nieces.
