He is survived by: his children, Tammy Lynn Anthony (Fleig) and Steven Scott Anthony (Jodi) of Paige, AZ; his nephew Mike Glick; his son Mike Glick (Marge) of Vacaville, CA; his sister Martha Ward (Harold) of Sutherlin, OR; and his grandchildren, Shane Moore of Price, UT, Cody Moore, Dusty Moore of Seattle, WA, Steven Anthony, Jr. of Vallejo, CA, Lindsey Rodman and Joshua Collins. He is also survived by his loving great-grandchildren, 102 nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
