He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Brockman Millward; his stepmother Jackie Millward; his sister Annamarie; his nephews, Brandon Dworshak and Luke Dworshak; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Sheriff and Shanon Archuleta; his mother-in-law Delfinia Barela; and his nieces and nephews, Angelina Horne, Amelia Horne, Jesse Maldonado and James Maldonado.
He is survived by: his wife Deana Millward; his daughters, Anna Starr (Ryan), Vanessa Warren (Corey), Elysia Torrez and Stacey Stewart (Matt); his father Don Millward; and his siblings, Butch Millward, Donna Sibert (Troy), Jennifer Langston, Brenda Nattress (Charles) and David Millward. He is also survived by eight grandsons; six granddaughters; many nieces and nephews; and many others that looked up to him as a father.
