He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his daughter Aubrey Booth (Ted); his stepchildren, Shane Higley (Ashlee), Jeffrey Higley, Eric Ashton, Cody Ashton (Natalie), Taunia Brantley (Cameron) and Traci Ashton; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Camarie, Brookelynne, Kooper, Casey, Maci, Ozzy, HarLee and Wyatt; his mother-in-law Sharon Lee Jones; his father John Reed Jacobson; and his siblings, Barbara Jacobson-Mikolash, Jessie Jacobson (Kathleen) and Duane Jacobson (Faye).
