He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercy Casias and Curtis Madsen; and his nephew Dallen Carey Mason. He is survived by: his wife Kym Madsen; his children, Kayla Madsen, Trinity Ocejo (Jordon), Shantae Madsen, Shane Madsen, Zachary Madsen (Jasmine) and Brandon Nelson; and his siblings, Nancy Pierce (Kelly), Mark Madsen, Melanie Palmer (Tony), Christine Cottam and Kirk Madsen. He is also survived by many grandchildren and one great grandchild; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
