She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Watkins of Temple; her parents, Louisa B Park Howard and Josiah Howard; her daughter-in-law Linda Joyce Ward Watkins; her half-brother John Hugh Howard (Pilbury); her siblings, Leona Martha Howard Andrus, Virginia Elizabeth Howard Coulson, Vernal Park Howard and Melvin Josiah Howard; her grandson-in-law Brian Niels Jensen; and her great grandchild Millie Jane Watkins.
She is survived by: her son Carl Dennis Watkins; and her grandchildren, Deserie Lynn Jensen of Provo, Carla Denise Forrest (Eric) of Alabama, David Ryan Watkins (Leah) of Santaquin, Tauna Marie Stowell (Greg) of Chubbuck, Cristy Suzanne Heinrichs (Landon) of Saratoga Springs, Michael Adam Watkins (Kaci) of Eagle Mountain and Shawn Carl Watkins (Loren) of Eagle Mountain. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
