He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lopez and Jose Martinez; his brother Daniel; and his daughter Lorraine. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his daughters, Gina (Richard) and Randi; his granddaughter Adriane; his great grandchild Axell; his granddaughter Tamika; his great grandchild Cherelle; his sons, Tom (Pam), Tim (Stacey) and Vincent (Stephanie); his siblings, Addie (Carol) and Louie (Delores); and his godchildren, Jerry Silva (Cristina) and Dani Silva (Paul).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to St. Anna's Greek Orthodox Church in honor of the Tom and Pam Martinez Family.
