It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cook (Pleasant Grove, Utah), born in Tooele, Utah, who passed away on October 16, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn R. Cole and Richard "Dick" Cook; his son Brandon Cook (Austin); and his siblings, Lisa Stoeckel (Steve) and Phil Cook. He is also survived by his brother, nephews, cousins.
