He is survived by: his children, Steven Rex Ivie, James Rex Ivie (Kelly), Jeffrey Rex Ivie and Susan Ivie Bonin (Michel); his brother Russell Ivie of Boise, ID.; and his wife Mary Deane Paulson Ivie. He is also survived by his five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
