He is survived by: his children, Phil Phillips (DeAnn), Gaylyn Dalley (Mark), Kirk Phillips (Linda), Kathy Miller (Joe) and Eric Phillips (Stacie); and his brother Larry Phillips (Shari).
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Pleasant Grove 9th Ward (455 E 200 S, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
