She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William Blandford and Thelma Loretta Jackson; her children, Ava Malia Holst, Noah Tyleek Holst, Ammon Graysen Girard Holst and Emmett Martin Weston Holst; and her husband Vern.
She is survived by: her friend Norma Fay Blandford Girard; her close friend Vernon Gus Girard; her daughter Debbie; and her granddaughters, Amy Sampert (Jared) and Leslie Girard. She is also survived by two brothers and several nieces and nephews.
