He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Ferguson and JoAnne Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Cara Hunting; and his daughter Cara. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.

“…(con’t)… I know he didn’t have the easiest life & yet he didn’t let it get to him. This is why I see Mark as Christlike - such a good person, because he seemed to make it through refiners fire, & knew how to love well. It’s hard to accept that Mark has passed on to the next realm, but this is part of life. I have sensed his spirit lives on & is probably as happy as ever. But I will miss him so much! Until we meet on the other side, Mark, know you are loved!”

“Mark is an angel to our family. We met him years ago, when he found our dog. Soon after, we saw him at a Spanish ward church & became friends, had him over for BBQ. He watched our dog when we went on trips, & we watched his dog & bird. My favorite times with Mark are when he’d stop by & we’d just chat and laugh. This was often when I was emotionally struggling & needed someone. Mark had experienced enough to not be judgmental, but understanding and empathic… (con’t…)”
