He is survived by: his wife Ronilla Hunsaker Cook; his children, Sydney Cook, Sandra Peppin (Don), Maxine Embry (Jay), Debra Baldridge (Doug) and Steven Mack Cook (Juan); and his brother David Cook (Tonia).
