He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Black; and his brother Preston Black. He is survived by: his mother Carol Black (Rayburn Jack); his close friend Shauna Bayles Black; his children, Adam Black (Tara), Scott Black (Jami), Brooke Katyal (Shaan), Kelli Farley (Garret), Emily Mellor (Corbin) and Jesse Olsen (Keaton); his siblings, Carol Dawn, Sylvia, Monty (Annette) and Janette; and his sisters-in-law, Janette, Monty (Annette), Sylvia and Carol Dawn. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
