He is survived by: his wife Vickey; his children, Jennifer Saratoga Springs (Jay), Christopher Vernal (Jami), Cody Provo (Whitney) and Aubrey Santaquin (Steve); and his siblings, Connie Muhlstein, Daniel J Madsen (Kathy), Robert Alan Madsen (Mona) and John J Madsen (Rhonda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
