He was predeceased by: his grandfather Richard Dennis Jensen; and his uncle Kelly Vest Wilkerson. He is survived by: his grandparents, Susan Vest Wilkerson of Mona, UT, Maxine Swasey Jensen of Provo, UT and Dale Cook Wilkerson of Richfield. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
