She is survived by: her mother-in-law Ruth Phelon; her children, Stephen Phelon (Martha), Lindon, Thomas Phelon (Valerie), James Phelon (Jeanie), Paul Phelon (Inger), Mary Ann Esplin (Boyd) of Anchorage, AK, Daniel Phelon (Carla), Peter Phelon (Stephanie) of Vancouver, WA and Joseph Phelon (Cynthia); and her daughter-in-law Lynette Phelon.
