She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward and Thelma Jacob (Gustaveson); and her siblings, Judith Dick, Priscilla Johnson and Ted Jacob.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Charles Smith; her children, Andrea Timothy (John), Suzanne Kelly (Sean), Steffanie Garces (Raul), Kristen Jones, Douglas Smith (Angela) and Allison Box (Spencer); and her siblings, Paul Jacob (Jacque) and Kathy Christofferson (Todd). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
