He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Fredrick and Dorothy Lee Dykes Rightsell. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Whitehead Rightsell; his children, Terry Matthew Rightsell (Ann Shepherd), Amy Katherine Llewellyn (Jared) and Jared Lynn Rightsell (Tresca Bernadette Jakins); and his siblings, Donald Jack Rightsell, Katherine Walker, Beverly Ann Moore and Cynthia Elaine Harris.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the North Field Fourth Ward (408 W 1300 N, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery.
