With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Carol Harper of Pleasant Grove, Utah, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on January 7, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Clayton Vance Wilbur, Jr.; her parents, Harold Eugene and Clemina Carol McGee (Van Orsdel); her husband Denver C Harper; and her children, Terri Harper (Bruce), David Wilbur (Brenda) and Steven Wilbur (Troi). She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
