With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Felicia Loose of Pleasant Grove, Utah, born in Sacramento, California, who passed away on June 16, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Deward Holden and Phebe Holden; her husband Robert Loose; her children, Deward (Marianne), Colleen Long (David), Alicia Hand and Robert (Melissa); and her sister Delva Burke. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
