Douglas Allen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Allen (Pleasant Grove, Utah), who passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethel Foutz Allen and Ethan Rial Allen; his siblings, Richard Foutz, Joyce Ethel, Bertha LaPreal, Beth Marcile, Fred Rial and Rita Kathleen; his wife Joie Bradley; his daughter Paula; and also Reta. He was also cherished by his kids and their friends.
Doug's heart was broken when Joie was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, but he lovingly cared for her as long as he was able.
