He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; and his children, Kendal Voorhees (Jane), Donell Voorhees (Ellen Kay), Lori Bartlett (Gary) and Judy Thomas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
