He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilford Francis Richins and Hattie Lovina Paskett Richins; and his siblings, Orva Richins, Sara Richins Olsen, Elsie Richins Williams, Lillian Richins Darrington, Myrtle Richins Jibson, Curtis Richins, Leola Richins Lupo, Gayle Richins and GeNeal Richins Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Bell; his children, Brent Richins, Layne Richins (Sharon) of Lindon, Verlin Richins of Garden Grove, Californa and Geralene Beckett (Randy) of San Clemente, California; his brother Dean Richins of Albion, Idaho; his grandchildren, Vanessa Richins Myers, Joel Richins, Melayne Richins Gould, Allison Richins, Kaylee Richins, Chad Richins, Lacey Richins, Bradley Beckett, Jana Beckett Marshall, Jeffrey Beckett, Cody Beckett and Zachary Beckett; and his great grandchildren, Ayla Richins, Zelda Myers, Leia Myers, Jacob Gould and Blake Beckett.
With the ongoing effects of COVID-19, the wearing of face masks will be required at the funeral home and social distancing will be practiced.
