He was predeceased by: his wife Shannon Rosalie Talbot; his children, Tony Dean Ashment and Beth Anne Ashment; and his grandson Jeremy A. Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Kristy (Bruce Wilson) of Erda, Patrick Ashment (Christine) of Vineyard, Kathryn (Richard Weaver) of Cottonwood and Rebecca (Nathan Hollist) of Tooele; and his sister Connie Lindstrom of Meridian. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren.
