He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William and Edith Lenore Clouse Ratliff; and his daughter Gail Ann Ratliff Mattice. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie R. Palmasano; and his grandson David Michael Ratliff (Shanna). He is also survived by his wife of 68 years, son, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
