He is survived by: his former spouse Swiss Miss; his wife Regula; his sons, Jon David Holdaway (Juliette) of Pyeongtaek and Adam Matthew Holdaway (Elenita) of Pleasant Grove; and his siblings, Jeanne Turner, Steven Holdaway (Nancy), Boyd Holdaway (Louise) and Debbie Hunt (Devon). He is also survived by his grandkids and great-granddaughter.
