He is survived by: his former spouse Karma Thornton; his children, Tracy Sorensen (Jason), Andrea West (Brett) and Tony Cook; his grandchildren, Nicole, Mckay, Zachery, Amanda, Mikellie, Sabrina and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Evie, Amelia and Ellie; and his brothers, Jim Cook (Diane) and Tom Cook (Muriel).
