With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Ward (Pleasant Grove, Utah), who passed away on October 4, 2021 at the age of 41. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father K. Mark Ward; his grandparents, Betty Ward and Ray Leavitt; his uncle Dave Ward; and his cousin Shaun Walker.

He is survived by: his mother Sharon Leavitt; his children, Banner, Trevor and Brinna; and his sisters, Mandie Ward and Shandalyn Leavitt. He is also survived by grandparents, many cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
