It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cambell Lee Gish (Pleasant Grove, Utah), born in American Fork, Utah, who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Melvin Gish and Keith Hooker; and his uncle Kory Hooker. He is survived by: his parents, Dan Gish (Nita) and Kelly Gish; his siblings, Sunny Johnson (Derek), Crystal Gish and Gunnar Gish; his grandmothers, Phyllis Gunderson and Myra Gish; his uncle Doug Gish; his niece Lucy; his nephew Eli; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
