He is survived by: his parents, Robert Holdaway and Cumorah Holdaway; his wife Reta; his children, Daniel Holdaway, Logan Holdaway (Rachel), Desirae Holdaway, Brian Johanson (Mallory), Joshua Holdaway, Rachel Perry (Slade) and Matthew Holdaway Johanson (Tara); and his siblings, JaNae Riley (Nate), Sherrie Kaye Miller (David), Keith Holdaway (Joni) and Karen Stewart. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
