Harper; her grandchildren, Madelynn Joy Peacock, Marli Sooji Shin, Teagan Geneal Peacock, Layla Sooah Shin, Quinn Michael Peacock, Dylan Max Chillson, Taeyang Michael Juho Shin, Unborn and Chillson; and her siblings, Vicki (Kim Nelson), Valerie (Stan Huntington), Kay (Michelle Shurtz), Julie (Scott Appleby), Kenneth (Tracy Shurtz), Jaleen (Bill Borom), Stephanie (Shawn Jack) and Kerry (Jennifer Shurtz).
Due to Covid restrictions, masks will be required at the funeral service.
