She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gordon, Linda Willden and Jim Hamilton; and her uncles, Mike and Steven Willden.
She is survived by: her daughter Blakely Clair Cook; her parents, Scott Willden (Teri) and Shelley Thomas (Michael); her siblings, Tiffanie Willden, Jessica Willden, Taylor Thomas, Courtnee Thomas McKee and Aaron Thomas; her grandparents, Pat Hamilton and Bette Thomas; her great-grandparent Thomas; her nephew Kazden Johnson; and her nieces, Allie Bills and Kyra Thomas. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
