He is survived by: his wife Diana Lees; his children, Michael, Elyanna and Viola; his parents, Valarie Frost (Brent) and Brian Lees (Roxi); his siblings, Kody (Cameel), Joshua (Crystal), Jake (Lacey), Audriana and Matt (Heather); his parents-in-law, Doug and Annette Rawlinson; and his grandparents, Mike and Gloria Steele. He is also survived by his brothers and sister in laws, his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
