It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Raphael Cottrell (Payson, Utah), who passed away on November 21, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raphael Charles and Anna Ethel Healy Cottrell; his wife Adella Jane Faux; his children, Jaynie Sue Harmon (Clark), Marie Pollock (Gayle) and Ray Cottrell; and his sister Claudia Keldsen. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
