With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Valeen Fowles (Payson, Utah), who passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Clinton and Elva LaVon Hansen Allred of Valentine's Day; her siblings, Armond, Clifford, Jimmy Allred and Carla Lewis; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Wiley, James Lewis, Jeannine and Carol Allred.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Neil (Nanette), Regina Shoell (Rick), Nathan Fowles (Brenda) and Amy Penrod (Nathan); her siblings, Harry Allred (Sandy) and Joanne Wiley; and her sister-in-law Mary Allred. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 1/2 great-grandchildren.
