He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Nielsen Baldwin, Sr. and Alta Evelyn Anderson Baldwin; his wife Naomi Gilbert; and his brother James Howard Baldwin. He is survived by: his children, Ken Baldwin of Payson, Utah and Anita Merrill-Knorr of West Jordan, Utah; and his sister Sandra Hiatt of Palm Bay, Florida.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
