She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Carl "Kelly", June Cole Erickson, Lynn Smith and Dorothy Croshaw Blackhurst. She is survived by: her husband Sung Crogan; her daughters, Tiffanie Bowcutt of Brigham City and Heather Bowcutt of Provo, Utah.; her parents, Susan June Hautala (Tom) and Ronald Lynn Blackhurst (Edna); and her siblings, Ron Blackhurst (Kellie) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Kelly Frazier (Troy) of Santaquin, Utah, Tony Blackhurst (Amy) of San Diego, Calilfornia and Ashley Klungervik of Cottonwood Heights, Utah. She is also survived by three step-children and step grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
