He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Witherow; his children, Payton Witherow of Spanish Fork, Randy Hess of Spanish Fork, Andrea Lee of Idaho, Clint Hess of Spanish Fork, Jelaire Tolman of South Jordan, Colby Hess of Spanish Fork and Angie Hess of Spanish Fork; and his nephews, John and Lester. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
