He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean; his children, Raelyn Taylor of Taylorsville, UT, Stewart Rothe of Orem, UT, Blaine Rothe of Providence, UT, Sharon Jackson (Dan) of Genola, UT, Cheril Baum (Rodney) of St. George, UT, Stephanie Herbert of Genola, UT and Kim Stewart (Erik) of Providence, UT; and his close friend Melvin Meredith. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
