He is survived by: his wife Sarann Williams (Dilworth); his daughter Renee Sloan (Williams); his stepchildren, Kathy Byington, Cynthia Halliday (George), Adam Byington (Kim) and Juleen Greeff (Kevin); his siblings, Jim, Lyle, David and Ella Mae Kelly; his sons, Ray E. Williams Jr. and Thomas Mark Williams; and his siblings, Thomas, Boyd, Dorla and Dawna.
