He is survived by: his wife Diane Johnson; his children, Randy Brad Kelsey, Tracy Jo Pike (Brian) and Jody Lynn Cozzens; and his brothers, DeVere Kelsey (Donna), Ken Kelsey (Kathy) and Gary Kelsey (Lori). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
